Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To secure your pet’s appointment with PoshCare Mobile Pet Spa, we
kindly ask for a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied to your total service cost at checkout.
We understand that life happens and schedules may change, so we
allow cancellations or reschedules up to 24 hours before the
appointment with no penalty.
However, please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your
appointment, your deposit will become non-refundable.
Why?
As a mobile spa, we plan our routes and groomer schedules
carefully to serve each pet efficiently. When a last-minute
cancellation occurs:
• We’ve already incurred transportation and preparation
costs.
• We’ve likely turned away other clients to hold that spot
for your pet.
• Replacing that appointment on short notice is often not
possible.
This policy helps us continue offering high-quality,
personalized service to every pup — including yours! �
